Persistent Entry Properties
I partnered with Engineering and Design to enhance an existing feature for Braze’s Canvas product - an interface where marketers can set up campaigns with messages and steps to create a unified journey for users as they interact with a brand’s apps and websites.
The Persistent Entry Properties feature allows marketers to send metadata containing user-specific information through API calls. This enables marketers to highly personalize cross-channel lifecycle messages for each user.
Tealium <> Braze Integration
Braze has integrations with multiple customer data platforms - including Tealium. CDPs create a steady, consolidated database containing data extracted from numerous sources. This data is polished and synthesized to construct a singular customer profile.
I drove Braze’s platform integration with Tealium, which has generated over $1.2M pipeline growth to date. This integration empowers brands to truly understand customer behaviors across platforms and devices, and allows marketers to craft significantly customized user experiences.
